Safety Comprehensive Section - Director, 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in alumina-related positions, familiar with various aspects of alumina plant construction, safety, production and personnel management, able to communicate effectively with various departments and conduct work docking.

2. Raw Materials Workshop - Team Leader: 1 person, college degree or above, must have more than 5 years of experience in team management in alumina raw materials workshop, be familiar with the process flow and operating methods of alumina raw materials workshop, be able to control and direct production, and have certain emergency handling capabilities.

3. Decomposition workshop - Deputy Director: 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in production and equipment management of alumina decomposition workshop, with professional knowledge of alumina production process and machinery, familiar with the process flow and operation methods of alumina decomposition workshop, and able to control and direct production.

4. Decomposition workshop - team leader: 3 persons, college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in team management in alumina decomposition workshop, familiar with the process flow and operation methods of alumina decomposition workshop, able to control and direct production, and have certain emergency handling capabilities.

5. Production Department - Dispatcher: 1 person, college degree or above, must have more than 5 years of experience in alumina production dispatching management, be proficient in the material balance adjustment and material accounting of the whole plant, and be proficient in office software and DCS operation.

6. Production Department - Technical Specialists: 2 persons, with college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in production scheduling and dispatching, proficient in the whole plant process, proficient in production inventory process, proficient in material balance calculation, and proficient in operating various office software.

7. Production Department - Production Scheduling: 5 persons, with college degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in operating the main control room of each process of alumina, and proficient in the process flow, material balance, equipment operation and DCS operation of the workshop.

8. Equipment Department - Mechanical Specialists: 2 persons, with a college degree or above, must have more than 5 years of equipment management experience, be familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic system technology and component selection; understand the relevant knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic system debugging, and be able to troubleshoot and solve problems when they occur.

9. Equipment Department - Specialist: 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the basic knowledge of alumina equipment and equipment management experience, good writing skills, and equipment bidding experience.

10. Equipment Department - Automatic Control Specialist: 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience, familiar with DCS program changes and chain changes, able to provide technical support for DCS equipment troubleshooting and equipment repair.

11. Central Laboratory - Deputy Director: 1 person, college degree or above, major in metallurgy, chemical engineering, analysis, management or related, with assistant engineer certificate or above, more than 5 years of laboratory analysis or related management experience, familiar with alumina production process, industrial analysis and related production equipment knowledge; familiar with alumina production safety operating procedures.

12. Central Laboratory - Team Leader: 2 persons, with more than 3 years of laboratory quality management experience, understanding of equipment basics and chemical analysis theory, and familiarity with alumina production process.
